Program Groups
The Program level represents an ongoing function, service area, knowledge domain, or operational initiative managed by an Office. Programs are broader than individual projects. A Program may contain multiple related projects, manuals, training resources, bench books, forms, updates, and policy materials. This level is useful where a subject area requires continuous management rather than one-time publication.
